As part of the continued growth of their hugely successful agricultural group of businesses we are delighted to have secured full planning permission for a substantial new Storage & Distribution centre (agricultural supplies and products) extending to over 1,836sqm (20,000sqft) in Laughterton in Lincolnshire.
The development includes the removal of a smaller former hatchery located within the site that has suffered structural collapse.
With harmful asbestos in the existing structure, the replacement and expansion of the site offers a significant benefit to both our clients and to the local environment.
All planning consultancy and architectural design services were provided in-house, and in conjunction with trusted local specialist consultants (flood risk and topographic survey) , to provide our client with a single point of contact from start to finish. We look forward to continuing to work with them throughout the build, providing full support with their Building Control application and building regulations, during the demolition and construction phases.
