All architectural design and full planning application support provided in-house by our expert team, including:

- Full Architectural Plans and Design for 2no Commercial Buildings
- All planning application work; Planning Statement, Design & Access Statement
- Flood Risk Assessment and liaison with Environment Agency
- Liaison with the Local Planning Authority to successful conclusion
- SAP Calculations and provision of a Central Lincolnshire Local Plan compliant Energy Statement
Listers Timber and Builders Merchants is a long-established rural family business that has operated in Newton on Trent since the mid 1980’s providing a wide ranging and comprehensive sales and service to the public, businesses and trades, which was originally focused on the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire areas.
In recent years, following the establishment of the fence panel manufacturing at their Park Farm site and the growoth of the supply side of the business, the site has enabled the production of their own fencing range, they now supply a national customer base.
