Pool, Spa, Gym & Residential Annex – Approved September 2024
We were appointed to deliver a high-quality leisure and residential scheme at a private home in the Lincolnshire Wolds, including a new pool building, spa facilities, gym, annex and wider remodelling works.
The project included:
Remodelling of the main dwelling to create a new courtyard and entertaining space
A new swimming pool building with 20m lanes, spa, sauna and changing facilities
Conversion of heritage barns to form a home gym and guest annex with office space
Working from concept through to planning permission, we developed a coordinated design approach, balancing new build and sensitive conversion. Full planning permission was secured within 11 months.
