Unanimously approved by the Planning Committee of West Lindsey District Council New Rural Business Park – Langworth, Lincoln.
We are delighted to have secured planning permission for our clients for the total redevelopment of Fosters Yard in Langworth near Lincoln.
Regeneration of this former haulage yard will create over 20,000 sq.ft (1,900m²) of modern employment space over 13 purpose-built units. The site's regeneration presents a huge economic boost for the local area and includes the provision of two bespoke buildings designed for the yard’s existing businesses.
WLDC’s planning committee voted unanimously in support of the development, which represents a significant investment by our clients Truelove Property & Construction.
