Fytche-Taylor was first appointed by Truelove Property nearly five years ago at the concept design stage for The Hawthorns. Following approval of Reserved Matters and preliminary infrastructure works, construction is now underway on this stunning residential development in the heart of Nettleham, near Lincoln.
Initially commissioned to provide planning advice and a detailed Design and Access Statement aligned with the Nettleham Neighbourhood Plan, our team has since managed further planning applications, site design improvements, and enhancements to the range of house types.
