Hampstead House began with a concept sketch prepared by our clients ahead of our first design review meeting. Our client acquired the 0.6-acre site in January 2024, previously home to a small detached bungalow. Immediately, our design and planning team began preparing sketch drawings, combining the client’s vision with our in-house assessment of planning policy requirements.
The seamless blend of creative design expertise and planning knowledge allowed the project to progress quickly, with minor refinements ensuring the final design perfectly matched the client’s aspirations.
