Caitlin Wilcox | Interim Planning & Technical Support

Meet the Fytche-Taylor Planning Team - Development, Planning and Architectural Specialists

Caitlin works on an interim basis, particularly in an advisory capacity for equestrian developments and on legal matters.

Having worked for us initially in a freelance capacity back in 2019, and since graduating with First Class Honours in her Master’s in Law Degree in September 2021, Caitlin brings exceptional analytical skills and a unique stance to the team, with the ability to focus on legislation and policy matters that may affect a planning application or the development of land.

Through her time at university and in other professional and volunteering roles, Caitlin has also gained experience in communicating with a variety of clients and understands the importance of listening to a client’s needs and working with them, in order to achieve a successful and collaborative outcome.

With her lifelong passion for horses and as a keen owner and rider, Caitlin oversees our equine planning work and is an incredible source of knowledge and advice for all things equestrian.

Caitlin is learning and adapting quickly to the full variety of projects that the office at Fytche-Taylor Planning deals with; in particular building experience and knowledge in how planning links with the law and caselaw, and the range of processes that are tailored to the requirements of each type of planning application or architectural project.

Caitlin is looking forward to continuing to meet our growing client base in the coming months and see how she can add her own stamp to the high quality of service that we continually seek to provide.
