This weekend marked our 4th anniversary and gave us the opportunity to reflect and celebrate another incredible year of growth. 

Between us we have years of combined expertise across planning, architecture and construction, but in bringing these skills together we have achieved an incredible success rate for our clients and that has given us a truly exciting range of projects!

As specialist consultants across all forms of development we have recently secured full planning permission for new homes on sites of all types and size, home extensions, new equestrian facilities, farm buildings, commercial space and many, many more.

Right now, we’re working on schemes with a combined value of over £10m, including:

• Sites that will deliver 191 new homes across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire
• Over 1,100 sqm (12,000sqft) of commercial space
• 4 barn conversions
• A new holiday park with lodges
• Any many more specialist heritage, land appraisal and site promotion projects.
