We are delighted to announce that Fytche-Taylor Planning and Design has successfully secured planning approval for five new homes in North Greetwell, near Lincoln, on behalf of our clients Truelove Property & Construction.
Located just off Wragby Road, this high-quality residential development near Lincoln will deliver five luxury detached homes in a highly sought-after village setting. The site fills a small infill plot within the heart of North Greetwell, creating a natural extension to the existing community while maintaining the area’s rural character and charm.

Fytche-Taylor also recently secured planning approval for 53 new homes, as phase 2 of their St Germains Way development in Scothern as well as planning permission for over 20,000 sq.ft (1,900m²) of modern employment space at a new rural business park in Langworth.
