We are delighted to confirm that Fytche-Taylor has submitted plans on behalf of our clients Truelove Property for five stunning new homes in North Greetwell near Lincoln.
The site forms part of an undeveloped gap in the centre of the settlement, accessed from Wragby Road. Sustainably located on the north edge of the city of Lincoln, the five detached properties will each benefit from private driveways with parking for 3 cars in addition to large garages, plus generous gardens. A cycle route and footpath pass the front of the site, and bus stops offering connections to the city, nearby villages and the east coast are within in easy walking distance.
West Lindsey District Council are currently considering the application and a decision is expected to be issued shortly.
This site will be developed by local family business, Truelove Property, and marks a solid period of construction for the firm with multiple new-build projects underway.

The North Greetwell site will complement two other Truelove Property sites under construction in nearby Nettleham; the highly popular Cricketers’ Walk (108 homes) and The Hawthorns (68 homes). Fytche-Taylor also recently secured planning approval for 53 new homes, as phase 2 of their St Germains Way development in Scothern as well as planning permission for over 20,000 sq.ft (1,900m²) of modern employment space at a new rural business park in Langworth.
