Our Managing Director, Oliver Fytche-Taylor, has been involved with the project from its earliest inception, first supporting the concept in his former role at West Lindsey District Council as part of the site-selction and fesibility team - and continuing to guide the Centre’s evolution ever since with Fytche-Taylor Planning.
The Elite Performance Centre has become a key component in the club’s rise from the National League to becoming a well-established EFL League One side.
Supporting Sporting Growth Through Strategic Planning
Set on a 12.3-acre site on Heath Lane near Scampton, Lincoln, the Elite Performance Centre was designed to give Lincoln City FC a dedicated base for professional training and long-term development. On completion, the £1.3 million development provided a fantastic new facility, but as the club progressed rapidly through the leagues, its operational and performance needs also evolved.
To support that growth, we have delivered several further planning applications, including:
