September 2025 – Fytche-Taylor is pleased to announce the submission of plans on behalf of our client for up to 130 new homes in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, following months of detailed preparation.

The proposal responds to East Lindsey District Council’s latest data, which shows the area currently has just 2.84 years of housing supply—well below the 5-year requirement set out in the National Planning Policy Framework.

The development off Tattershall Road will help address this shortfall, delivering much-needed family and affordable homes in a sustainable location close to local amenities, including the village primary school.
