September 2025 - Plans submitted for residential development in Woodhall Spa
We are delighted to confirm that Fytche-Taylor has submitted plans on behalf of our client for up to 130 new homes in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, following months of detailed preparation.
The submission follows new data recently published by East Lindsey District Council which shows that at present the LPA can only demonstrate a mere 2.84 years of housing supply for the area from committed sites. This figure is well short of the minimum 5 years' housing supply required by the National Planning Policy Framework and confirms that the authority cannot currently meet the revised housing targets implemented by the Government last year.
The proposed development off Tattershall Road will assist in addressing the existing shortfall of new homes and deliver much needed family and affordable housing in the district in a highly sustainable location close to all local amenities, including the village primary school.
