New RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - 3 CHARACTER PROPERTIES STOW IN LINCOLNSHIRE

Our clients Eastman Bespoke Homes acquired the site in early 2020 and used Fytche-Taylor Planning to pursue detailed planning, which was achieved in an incredible 5½ weeks from submission, thanks to well-prepared plans and a very proactive local authority. The development will see the construction of 3 new stunning character properties set in substantial plots in a rural, edge of village location in charming Stow.  Consultancy Services Provided:

  • Coordination of the Archaeological Surveys, Tree Surveys, Ecology Reports 
  • Preparation and submission of the full planning application pack and liaison with clients architectural team 
  • Lead client contact
  • Planning Statement and Design & Access Statement
