Our clients contacted us after seeing the land available for sale and identifying the plot as a perfect self-build opportunity for their new home. Having previously worked with the landowners directly, Fytche-Taylor Planning hit the ground running with a good knowledge of the local area and thorough understanding of the design and character requirements for new developments in this stunning village.
After meeting with the clients to obtain a detailed understanding of their specific requirements, one of our architectural designers set about creating a bespoke dormer design to suit their needs. Once the design was complete, Fytche-Taylor Planning handled the full planning application process through to approval, which was achieved in just over 7 weeks from submission.
