Planning permission secured by Fytche-Taylor Planning for the subdivision of an existing residential curtilage and the construction of a new home in a highly sustainable village-centre location in Saxilby, near Lincoln.
Our clients initially approached us to assess the development potential of the site. Following our feasibility advice, they had the confidence to proceed, first appointing our team to develop the design proposals and subsequently to prepare and manage the full planning application.
By bringing planning and architectural expertise together in-house, we were able to guide the project from the initial site assessment and concept design through to submission of the planning application. This included addressing flood risk, self-build justification, local planning policy and the energy requirements of the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan.
