Our planning practice and design studio is led by Managing Director Oliver Fytche-Taylor.  

Oliver has worked throughout Lincolnshire in senior management roles - both in local government and within the private sector for nearly 25 years, including as Head of Planning (Development Management & Planning Policy) at a Local Authority in Lincolnshire.  

With his top-level experience in local government and direct input and oversight of local plan reviews, planning decisions, planning committees and development management, Oliver is uniquely placed to offer the most accurate and comprehensive advice to support your project or planning application.  

A renowned professional in his field, holding two university degrees including Masters level (with honours) in Town & Country Planning, Oliver's passion for achieving results and delivering high-quality developments shines through and has attracted the attention of a growing number of the region's largest housebuilders, corporate clients, sports venues and property investors. With the same exceptional attention to detail given to projects of any scale, Oliver has developed a solid reputation that remains at the heart of our business. 

Our in-house construction experts, architectural designers, legal and environmental experts hold more than 50 years in the industry between them, ensuring that our services fully align with the needs of our clients and the local market conditions. 

In founding the company, and having worked with developers in the delivery of numerous major development and regeneration projects, Oliver set about creating a totally fresh approach, designed to provide more efficient and pro-active planning and architecture services.
