Planning Permission for the conversion of redundant agricultural buildings to form new commercial, retail and residential space in Lincolnshire

2 – planning applications: This project involved collaboration with a multi disciplined team, successfully achieving planning permission for the conversion of former barns, implement store and grain store at an historically important farmstead in Northorpe.

Fytche-Taylor Planning Ltd were employed to help 'unlock' a stalled planning application and successfully secure planning permission for the client, a national agricultural and farming company.  Shortly after providing professional guidance and detailed supporting statements, full planning was approved.

  • Provision of a detailed planning statement to support the applications post submission focussing on the heritage considerations, justification for retention and reuse of the buildings and overcoming the restrictions around development in the open countryside
