North Greetwell, Lincoln - Our clients sought to maximise the value of a large plot occupied by a single chalet-style bungalow (see photo). On their behalf we redesigned the site and made a planning application seeking to remove the existing building and replace it with two bespoke detached 4-bed character homes. The proposal included a new, second access to give each dwelling a dedicated private access. Full Planning Permission was granted it under 7 weeks, with all works completed in-house. Using our extensive network of clients and developers, we sold this site (STC) on behalf of our clients within 24 hours - completing the full circle from initial planning enquiry through to negotiating the land sale.
