Dan joined Fytche-Taylor Planning & Design as a Senior Planning Consultant in November 2022 having spent over 7 years as a local authority planner working in a variety of Development Management and Planning Policy roles for different councils.

Prior to joining our team Dan most recently worked as a Senior Development Management Officer at a Local Planning Authority in Lincolnshire , dealing with complex major planning applications across a range of development types from significant new housing sites to the area's largest commercial and growth projects.

Dan holds an MSc in Urban Planning and is currently working towards his chartership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). With Dan’s experience of local authority decision making, including a breadth of knowledge around local and national planning policy, Dan will be sure to offer pragmatic advice to seek the best possible outcome for your project or planning application.

With a keen eye for detail and a drive to deliver high-quality sustainable developments, Dan has built a solid reputation for his professional skills and knowledge and has been instrumental in the delivery of a range of small to large scale residential, commercial and leisure developments throughout the area. In moving to Fytche-Taylor Planning & Design, Dan is committed to delivering the best outcomes for our clients.

Also a keen sportsman, outside of the office you are likely to find Dan training with his swimming club, enjoying a knock on the cricket field, attempting to avoid the rough on the golf course or supporting his local football team Lincoln City.
