RESIDENTIAL - SUBDIVISION OF DWELLING & Change of use of an existing ANNEX (To Residential)- LINCOLN

Our clients approached Fytche-Taylor Planning to assist with the sale of their property.  The dwelling featured two large residential annexes. We secure permission to subdivide the curtilage and gain planning permission for one of the annexes to serve as a separate residential dwelling.  This allowed the house to be sold quickly and the new (former annex) to retained, significantly increasing their financial return.
