Plans for clinic delivering NHS services approved! We're delighted to confirm planning has been granted for the change of use from office space to community healthcare clinic (minor treatment) at Studio One in Nettleham near Lincoln, delivering services for the NHS.
Working alongside lead architects LK2 Fytche-Taylor Planning were brought on board to provide a detailed planning statement to support their planning application that set out the justification, planning policy compliance and suitability of the new benchmark facility. See more...
PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED! Commercial Development (Office and Training Centre): We are thrilled to have secured full planning permission for our client Number4Group for their 5,000sqft office and training centre in Hardwick near Lincoln.
Our client, The Number4Group are a major local employer and include Train4 and 4Society, a social enterprise and provider of skills training for organisations including The Department for Education and the Skills Funding Agency, Lincolnshire County Council and a range of colleges nationwide. Planning Application Approved! Commercial Development: Another fantastic outcome for our clients with full planning permission granted for a site extension, to include the conversion and extension of two existing properties to form new office space, meeting rooms and welfare facilities for Bradshaw Transport in Sturton by Stow.
Planning Permission APPROVED - 20,000sqft Storage & Distribution, Laughterton
As part of the continued growth of their hugely successful agricultural group of businesses we are delighted to have secured full planning permission for a substantial new Storage & Distribution centre (Use Class B8 for agricultural supplies and products) extending to over 1,836sqm (20,000sqft) in Laughterton in Lincolnshire. The expansion of the site offers a significant benefit to both our clients and to the local environment.

Planning Permission APPROVED - a major development for 15 homes in Market Rasen. After almost a year in the making and with an incredibly detailed planning application prepared by Fytche-Taylor Planning, we are delighted to have obtained planning permission for our clients Ainsworth Homes for their low-density scheme of 15 new houses in Market Rasen. Planning Permission APPROVED - residential development in Springthorpe. Another great result for the team as our full planning application in Springthorpe is approved! We’re pleased to confirm that we have secured full planning permission for 2 new detached family homes for our clients Moy Homes in the beautiful village of Springthorpe in Lincolnshire.

Certificate of Lawful Use Issued: August 2022 – An application for the retention & continued use of the caravan storage and maintenance yard at The Elms, Torksey has been agreed by the LPA (05/08/2022). Great news for our clients, park home and leisure operators Cove Communities, who acquired the site earlier this year.
A Certificate of Lawful Use can be sought where land or buildings have been continuously used for a specified purpose over sustained period of time – and if a robust, well-evidence case is presented, the Council will issue a formal notice to confirm that the use is lawful under s191 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.
Planning permission approved August 2022 for new lodge types at Lincoln Golf Centre. We’re thrilled to have been appointed to redesign the site to suit additional lodge types as part of the planned visitor accommodation at Lincoln Golf Centre. The changes will provide the centre with much improved flexibility as the complex continues to grow.
Having used the services of a different consultant - and gaining permission only to find that it did not meet their business needs at all - Fytche-Taylor Planning were appointed to work closely with both the owners of the site and the planning authority to improve the original consent. Change of Use to Residential - Using the permitted development rights contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 – under Part 3 Class Q, the former lambing shed now has planning approval for conversion into a bespoke new character home.

Sale Complete! - Sturton by Stow, Lincoln - We are pleased to confirm that we have completed the sale of our stunning new-build property at White House Farm in Sturton by Stow. Construction was completed during the early part of the year with internal works complete by the start of June.
